Walter FRANCOIS; no doubt many MABL members know him from his first coffee-table book on Malaysia and his passion for our country, has published in December 2005, his second coffee-table book on Malaysia entitled :

" LANGKAWI Island of Mysterious Legends "

It pictures the beautiful paradise of Langkawi in 176 pages and more then 200 beautiful photographs. The former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir and Datuk Michael Toyad, the former Tourism Minister of Malaysia, praised this personal initiative of Walter, in promoting Langkawi and by extension, Malaysia.
